1. Who we are
createmyblogs.com ("we", "us", "the service") is an AI-powered blog writing tool that helps businesses generate, edit, and publish blog content. By creating an account and using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You must be 18 or older to use createmyblogs.com. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at [email protected].
3. Subscription and billing
- Plans are billed monthly in UAE Dirhams (AED) via Stripe.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the start of each billing period.
- Blog post credits are allocated at the start of each billing period and expire at the end of it. Unused credits do not roll over.
- Prices are as listed on the pricing page at the time of sign-up.
4. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access until then.
- No partial refunds are given for unused time within a billing period.
5. Refund policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first payment only, subject to the following condition:
- The refund applies only if fewer than 3 blog posts have been generated on your account.
- If 3 or more blog posts have been generated, no refund will be issued, as the service has been used.
To request a refund, email [email protected] within 7 days of your first payment.
6. Your content
You retain full ownership of all blog posts generated through the service. We do not claim any rights over content produced using your business profile and inputs. You are responsible for reviewing all content before publishing it.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use createmyblogs.com to generate content that is:
- Illegal, defamatory, or fraudulent
- Designed to mislead readers as to the origin or authorship of the content
- In violation of any third party's intellectual property rights
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms without notice.
8. SEO and results
We make no guarantees regarding search engine rankings or website traffic as a result of content generated through the service. SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your website, domain authority, and competitive environment. We provide tools to improve the quality and structure of your content - results are not guaranteed.
9. Service availability
We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will not be liable for any loss resulting from downtime.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, createmyblogs.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
11. Data and privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you agree to our data practices as described there.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
